Squash Club Championships Now Open
11th March – 25/26th April 2025

Dear Squash Member

Each of the Tournament draws has now been completed and is ready for you to look at and begin to contact your opponents. Please read all the points below to ensure that you know what you need to do going forwards.

Playing your games and inputting your scores

  • In MyCourts, go to Tournaments and click on the Tournament that you have registered for.
  • You will see a list of Key Dates for each round that you must take a note of.
  • Scroll down the page and you will see the whole tournament bracket, the seeds and the dates that each round should be played by.
  • If you win your match, go into the tournament and submit the match result as soon as you have played. There is a heading which says ‘Submit your latest match result’.
  • For each tournament, ensure that you know the deadline for that round. If games are not played before the deadline then a bye will be given to the person at the top of the draw. However it is the responsibility of all players to organise their games to be played within the deadline, so don’t wait for your opponent to contact you - contact your opponent and arrange a suitable time to play for you both.
  • Due to the smaller number of registrations this year there will only be a Plate competition in the Open. This tournament will be created once all the games have been played in the first two rounds.
  • All disputes should be reported to me, whose decision will be final.
  • To ensure that you get a free court as part of the Championships you will need to contact the Ebbisham Office via phone or email and request your court time. They will keep a list of the matches booked. Phone the office (between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday) on 01372 720647 or email (at any time) admin@ebbishamsportsclub.com If you book your own courts they will not be refunded.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
