SPOOKY WEDNESDAY CLUB SESSION - 29 OCTOBER

To all tennis members

Following our long-established tradition (well since last year) our club session on 29 October will have a Halloween flavour.

No tournament – just follow normal club session rules – first to 4, tho’ if 12 or more players are waiting this will be reduced to 4 games (ie 1 serve each).

Please come suitably attired – there will be prizes for the best outfit.

Food will be served at about 8pm - there will be jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings (tuna-mayo, grated cheddar, baked beans) baked by our well-qualified (some would say over-qualified) tennis chefs. The cost £4 per head (in cash please). If you have any allergies, food intolerances, dietary requirements please let Lesley know.

We are sure a nice Halloween-themed dessert or cake would go down well – donations please. No nuts as we have members who have a nut allergy.

A poll will be put on the tennis WhatsApp group to find out numbers (playing/eating/baking etc) – Please fill it in. If you are not on the WhatsApp group and would like to be – contact Gill.

Looking forward to seeing loads of ghouls, ghosts, witches, wizards etc on court on 29th

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
