CALLING NOTICE FOR 2025 TENNIS AGM

Dear tennis members

Notice is hereby given that the 2025 tennis AGM will be held in the Ebbisham bar lounge on Sunday 18 May at 12 noon.

We hope that you will make the effort to attend this year and we look forward to seeing a full house. This is your chance to catch up on what is happening in the tennis section and have your say on all things tennis-related at Ebbisham.

You will see that Item 5 on the agenda is Election of committee. Of the current committee, Gill Futcher, Lesley Coles, Evelynn Ansell, Sam Johnson, Viv Nash, Sarah Eyers, Shaun Dominetto and Chris Harding are all willing to serve for a further year, but Alex Barker is standing down. They have all given of their time for several years and would welcome some fresh faces. Please give it some thought and step forward if you are willing to join us.

To save on paper, there will be no paper copies of last year’s minutes available at the AGM, so a copy is attached to this email (and one copy is pinned to the tennis notice board) for you to read prior to the meeting.

We will conclude the meeting in the time-honoured fashion with light refreshments.

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
