You're now invited to register for this year’s Ebbisham Racketball Club Championships . Matches will be played from Monday 7 September. Final nights will be Friday 9 October (for Doubles) and Saturday 10 October for all others.
Semi- Finals nights will be played on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8October.
The tournaments will be run through MyCourts. Matches (with the exception of the semi-finals and finals) will not have a set time, and competitors will be given the freedom to arrange matches at times that suit. Players' will be responsible for inputting the score directly into MyCourts which will move players automatically through the tournament tree.

Before you register for each tournament you must ensure that you have enough money in your MyCourts account. The money will be taken automatically. Each event is £6. To top up your credit visit:

For Doubles, only
ONE
player must register and pay.
The Club Championships are open to all Squash/Racketball peak members, Silver and Off-Peak Squash members.
Once all the registrations are in, we will set up the seeding and arrange the tournament bracket. We will inform you when these are complete and then games can begin.
Playing your games – What you need to do:
For each tournament, ensure that you know the deadline for that round. If games are not played before the deadline, then a bye will be given to the person at the top of the draw. However, it is the responsibility of all players to organise their games to be played within the deadline, so don’t wait for your opponent to contact you - contact your opponent and arrange a suitable time to play for you both.
Key Dates for completion of each round will be visible on the Tournament tab via the website. The only set dates are the semi-finals and finals.
Players are expected to be available for the finals nights and could forfeit their place if not available at the scheduled times.
All disputes should be reported to me, whose decision will be final.
To ensure that you get a free court as part of the Championships you will need to contact the Ebbisham Office via phone or email and request your court time. Please phone the office (between 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday) on 01372 720647 or email (at any time) admin@ebbishamsportsclub.com .
Please note, if you book your own courts they will NOT be refunded.
Once the game has been played the winner must go back into the 'Tournament' tab and input the score. Hopefully this will be self-explanatory, but if there are any issues, please contact either the office or myself.
