2nd Reminder - Important Reminder to Parents re Consent Form

Hello Parents and Carers

This is a 2nd reminder following my email of 24 August regarding photography and filming for our new website which will be taking place at Ebbisham Sports Club on Saturday 12 September.

If you are happy for your child/young person to be included, please complete the below consent form and return it to us by return either by dropping it off at the Club or by email to lorna@ebbishamsportsclub.com. There is, of course, no obligation to give consent.

If we do not receive a completed consent form, your child/young person will not be included in the photography or filming.

If you have already completed and returned a consent form, there is no need to respond again.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
