Reminder - Your Membership Expired as of 1st September 2026

Dear Member

We hope you have enjoyed being a member of Ebbisham Sports Club.

Our records show that your membership expired on 1st September and we have not yet received your renewal payment.

If this is simply an oversight and you would like to continue your membership, please get in touch with us so that we can arrange payment of your fees.

If you have decided not to renew, that is absolutely fine too — but we would really appreciate a quick email to let us know. This will help us avoid our admin team having to send further reminders and, equally, save you from receiving emails you no longer need.

So, whichever way you have decided to go, please just drop us a quick reply and let us know what you would like to do with your membership going forward.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
