We hope that you will make the effort to attend this year and we look forward to seeing a full house. This is your chance to catch up on what is happening in the tennis section and have your say on all things tennis-related at Ebbisham.
Item 5 on the agenda is Election of committee. All the current committee, Gill Futcher, Lesley Coles, Evelynn Ansell, Sam Johnson, Viv Nash, Sarah Eyers, Shaun Dominetto, Chris Harding and Simon Dennis are willing to serve for a further year, However, they have given of their time for several years and would welcome some fresh faces. Please give it some thought and step forward if you are willing to join us.
One of the topics to be discussed under AOB will be Club sessions/Use of the pegboard. If you have any other topics you would like discussed, please let Gill know prior to the meeting.
To save on paper, there will be no paper copies of last year’s minutes available at the AGM, so a copy is attached to this email (and one copy is pinned to the tennis notice board) for you to read prior to the meeting.
We will conclude proceedings in the time-honoured fashion with light refreshments.
