Dear Honorary Members
We hope this message finds you well.
We are writing to let you know about a small change regarding club affiliations. From this year's affiliation renewal date onwards, any affiliation fees will need to be paid directly by individual honorary members rather than by the club.
We would like to reassure you that this change does not affect your honorary membership status in any way, and your honorary membership - including exemption from membership fees - will of course continue as before.
This decision has not been taken lightly and forms part of a wider review of our running costs, helping us to continue offering facilities and opportunities for all members.
We would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your continued support of the club. Your involvement is very much valued, and we truly appreciate everything you bring to our club community.
