Squash Leagues - Important Information

Subject: ES Membership

A number of teams have added fixture notes to say that players cannot be added to a result because they have invalid England Squash membership.

There are two potential reasons for this, both of which can easily be seen by either the club or the player.

There is no ES membership added to League Master.
I can't believe I have to say this, but if a player does not add their ES number, then of course they will be invalid. Just because they have an up-to-date ES membership, it does not automatically get added to League Master. Look at your players and if there is no ES number, tell your player to add it!

An ES membership number is showing as expired.
There are two possibilities:

Firstly, the ES Membership number entered in League Master is not the player's current number, so the player must check.

Secondly, the player has obtained a free 'Community' membership with ES. This does NOT allow them to play in the leagues. To do that they must upgrade their membership to Just Play, Play Plus, Junior or Coaches Club categories.

If a player is still certain that they have done everything right, then please ask them to contact me.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
