Saturday 14 March – Han Tournament followed by Chinese meal and Quiz

Dear Tennis Members

Looks like spring has arrived, and with it news of our first big tennis event of the year. On Saturday 14 March our afternoon club session will be given over to the annual Han Tournament (named in memory of a former member). The self-regulating handicap system we use ensures games are quick and pairs are evenly matched, with players rotating through partners and carrying their own score to the end. There will be prizes for the leading lady and gent.

In the evening, we move from the courts to the clubhouse for a magnificent Chinese buffet – sourced from Mei House – followed by a light-hearted Quiz .

Timings : Tournament 2pm, meal 7pm, quiz 8pm

Costs : Tournament – free to enter, meal + quiz - £15 per head, quiz only - £2-50

Because of numbers, the tournament is restricted to tennis members only, but the buffet & quiz are open to all Ebbisham members and their guests. If you want to play – just turn up. Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
