ENTRY TO CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP - TIME IS RUNNING OUT

Dear members

Thanks to all 52 of you who have already entered at least one event in this year’s tennis club championships. But for the rest of you, time is of the essence - IF YOU HAVE NOT ENTERED BY MIDNIGHT TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY 7 MAY) you will have missed the boat!

I know that some of you are intending to play this year – in fact you may already have been entered as someone’s partner or have mentioned it in passing, but I need an entry form and proof of payment of entry fee from each and every one of you.

It is very easy to do – paper entry forms are available at the club or you can complete the attached form and email it to lesley.coles1@btinternet.com . Payment can be made in person at the club or by phone via the office.

Keep those entries coming in – by end of the day tomorrow – THURSDAY WILL BE TOO LATE

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
