Dear Members,
Our final Saturday afternoon club session before Christmas will be different from normal. The courts will be filled with Xmas elves, Santas, reindeer etc. Please come and join them in a fun tie-break-10 competition.
Why tie-break-10? Well – we all seem to have difficulty closing out match tie-breaks, whether it be in league matches or club championships, so here is a great opportunity to hone your skills. In addition, games will move on faster, there will be a swift turn-round and you will get on court with an increased number of different players.
There will be prizes not just for the leading players but also for the most imaginative costumes!
Play will helped along (or hindered) by servings of mulled wine and mince pies.
We are not charging an entry fee, but hope that you will bring along a donation of non-perishable goods for our 2024/25 club charity the Epsom & Ewell Food Bank. Click on this link to their website for their current list of most wanted items Donate food.
