Performance Centre 2 and 3 – PC2 and PC3

Dear [[firstname]],

Further to our email of 8th December we apologise for writing to you again sooner than we previously indicated however we felt the situation required an immediate update.

Unfortunately, to date, we have still been unable to find a suitable coach who is able to commit to running these 2 sessions, so although we remain optimistic of finding a suitable candidate long-term, there is now little chance of being able to start next term (Spring) with a coach in place. Regrettably because of this we feel the only thing to do is to cancel all PC2 and PC3 sessions from 10th January to 16th February and 28th February to 6th April.

We will, of course, be continuing to extend our search even further with a view to getting these sessions back up and running as soon as possible, so we will be writing to you further in due course.

At this stage we can offer you a choice of three outcomes:

1) We freeze your membership so no further monthly direct payments are taken until we resume our sessions, and you will retain your place in the junior club. Your mandate should remain in place.

OR

2) You continue with your membership at the reduced monthly payment of £14.83 which will enable you to have access to court bookings at members rates. This will be an off-peak membership enabling you to book courts between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday but will not include coaching.

OR

3) You cancel your membership with no further payments being taken. Please note this will mean that you lose your place in Performance Centre.

We will be in touch with you soon regarding the refunds for the cancelled sessions. January's fees will also be reimbursed as they have already been collected.

Once again, we are profoundly sorry about the disappointment and disruption that this will cause both students and parents, but we are doing all we possibly can to put a plan in place.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ebbisham Sports Club <ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ebbisham@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
