Notice of Annual Membership Fees
We hope this message finds you all in good health and spirits, and that you continue to enjoy your sporting experience with us at Ebbisham.
We are writing today to advise you of the upcoming annual membership fee renewal.
The Management Committee are acutely aware of the current pressures on members in terms of rising costs in all aspects of our daily life; unfortunately those rising costs also affect ESC. We have consistently tried to strike a balance between our commitment to affordability for our members, and ensuring we cover the costs associated in maintaining our excellent facilities - unfortunately those daily costs have increased in all aspects of maintaining Ebbisham.
In order to maintain the same level of service and facilities that we offer, we will need to implement a moderate increase in our annual membership fees. A table showing the 2023-2024 fees for the various membership grades is included below. The increase will come into effect from 1 September, 2023.

We understand that any price increase is not welcome, particularly at this time. The Manaagement Committee have not taken this decision lightly but deem it a necessary step in ensuring the long-term sustainability of our club. While we are committed to keeping our membership affordable, we also have to ensure that we can cover all the increasing costs (further detail is available in our annual accounts on the website - see link below).

Please note: the higher increases for Badminton graded sessions (i.e. A, B, C and D) reflect the significant increase in shuttle costs that has already taken place since the start of the current membership year. Further details will be provided to the section members by the Badminton Chair via email.
