We are writing to let you know that the committee took the decision at their last meeting to temporarily put dual memberships (both existing and new) on hold from 1st September 2024. This follows the likely impact of the re-grading, and the increase in the number of new members, on the overall numbers in all the graded sections, and we want to ensure that all members enjoy their section nights by not having to wait too long between games.
We will be keeping an on-going record of attendance at all the section nights and regularly reviewing the numbers, and when we can further increase numbers within any section we will do so. . In the meantime this means that, regrettably, you will be unable to continue with your dual membership from 1st September and your membership subscription (and corresponding direct debit, if relevant) will be adjusted accordingly from this date.
