Spring is well underway and here at Ebbisham and we have plenty to look forward to over the coming season. Scroll on to read more about what's on at Ebbisham this spring:

EPSOM & EWELL FOODBANK BOX

We would like to thank members who have donated much needed items to Epsom & Ewell Food Bank so far.

There is a list produced weekly which gives us an indication of what food/drink/living essentials are urgently needed. The cage/box in the Club foyer is where members can donate their items and we also have Foodbank money boxes located in both the office and bar. Donations are always aceepted no matter how small.

EASTER RAFFLE/ GUESS HOW MANY COMPETITION

Easter is for the whole family and to celebrate we're running an Eggciting Easter Raffle, where someone will win a hamper full of Easter goodies. Tickets cost £1 a strip and currently £5 for 6 strips.

We're also asking members and guests to enter our 'Guess How Many' competition. For 50p you can guess how many items are in our Easter Jar which is located in the Club Office window. The successful entrant will be the person who guesses the number closest to the correct quantity of items in the jar.

The Easter Raffle will be called on Thursday 6th April and the winner of the 'Guess How Many' competiton will be announced on the same day!

TENNIS OPEN DAY

The tennis section would like to invite you, your families and friends onto our splendid clay courts during the morning of Saturday 15th April, when we are opening our doors to the public.

Head Coach Callum and his team will lead free fun coaching sessions for juniors and adults throughout the morning. Whatever your age or ability, there will be something for everyone. Please see the poster below for more details.

TENNIS BANK HOLIDAY TOURNAMENTS

On 1st May & 29th May the tennis section will be running Bank Holiday Mix-in Doubles Tournaments. These events are open to all Ebbisham members + guests - followed by BBQs.

TAI CHI

Experience meditation in motion at Tai Chi on Fridays from 1.45-2.30pm for £6 per person. To book your tickets please visit www.wimble.com/classes.

SAVE THE DATE ... CLUB AGM

Please be reminded that our Club AGM will be held on Thursday 27th April at 7pm . Calling Notice will be published next week.

MAIN DOOR CODE, SECURITY & FIRST AID BOX

By way of reminder, the club is not staffed at the weekends until 12noon so the main door to the club house will be closed. If you need to gain access to the club on either a Saturday or Sunday morning between 9am-12noon, we have a digi-lock code which will allow you access. The code is C1056X . This code is for members use only and should not be shared with any non-members. If you’re expecting non-members to attend outside of manned club hours at weekends (9am to 12noon) it your responsibility to meet your guests at the main door. The door should be returned to a closed position for the security of the members and the club generally.

There is no first aid responder on site during these times but a First Aid Box is located in reception in the event of it being needed.

Thank you for your continued understanding and for helping to keep Ebbisham a safe place for its members.
