Dear Member
Your support is needed by the 22nd February!
A small group of hardy tennis players from Ebbisham and beyond are taking part in a sponsored 24-hour tennis marathon in support of the Bright Ideas for Tennis charity.
Bright Ideas for Tennis uses tennis as a vehicle to teach players transferable life skills such as communication, self-confidence, and determination. This event is raising funds in order to extend their I Play 30 disability tennis programme. I Play 30 is a unique programme offering free, inclusive tennis sessions specifically designed for adults and children with learning, sensory and physical disabilities. This programme currently provides free weekly tennis for over 1,200 players with a learning, sensory, or physical disability at 112 venues across the UK
The ‘Ebbisham Misfits’ will play against some tennis professionals (including ex Davis Cup Players) - Danny Sapsford, Jonny O'Mara, Katie O'Brien and Tracy Compton (Team GB and no 6 in the world Blind tennis).
The team are looking for your sponsorship for this event and would be grateful for any contributions. The link to sponsor the team is below. You can also find out more about Bright Ideas for Tennis on their website.

The Ebbisham team will be playing between midnight and 4am on the 23rd February at the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton and any spectators would be welcome!
We would ask that you kindly consider giving generously to this great charity!
Thank you
